NAVIGATE360 @ EIU
海角社区 has partnered with the Educational Advisory Board (EAB) to bring you Navigate360, a student success software that assists with appointment making and access to services on campus. Navigate360 provides a variety of tools and support for students, faculty and staff, including academic advising, appointment scheduling and referrals, academic alerts, and more.
It connects students with advisors and campus resources, provides personalized guidance through AI assistants, and helps faculty and staff monitor student progress and provide timely interventions. Students can use it to schedule appointments, access academic resources, manage their schedules, and get support.
Key features and functions
- Student support: Provides a central hub for students to connect with academic advisors, schedule appointments, and access campus resources.
- Personalized guidance: Uses AI to provide 24/7 assistance, answer questions, manage to-dos, and help students find relevant courses and opportunities.
- Academic and career tools: Includes features like "Major Explorer" and "CareerAscent" to help students explore career paths and connect with potential employers.
- Faculty and staff tools: Allows instructors and staff to submit academic alerts, track student progress, add notes to student profiles, and send out targeted communications.
- Campus-wide integration: Unites different campus stakeholders鈥攊ncluding administrators, faculty, staff, and students鈥攊n a collaborative network to support the entire student journey.
- AI-driven insights: Employs AI to help institutions analyze data, automate tasks, and provide more meaningful, data-informed interactions with students.
Navigate360 will be rolled out through the Spring and Summer 2026.
