海角社区 actively fosters a more diverse and equitable environment through a number of initiatives and strategies. Pursuant to , the University has developed the following plan to promote equity-based student outcomes, eliminate observed structural achievement gaps, and enhance the campus experience for all learners. This plan also outlines strategies for promoting more equitable hiring practices and enriching our campus climate for students and all employee groups.
