Fight Burnout! Attend Relaxation Fair April 21

Everyone's welcome as the Department of Psychology Honors Students, in collaboration with Health and Counseling Services, presents a Burnout Fair Tuesday, April 21, 2026 in the MLK, Jr. Union Bridge Lounge. Mellow out with a therapy dog, eat pizza, relax with a craft, or smash away your stress by breaking tiles. 

Attendees also can take part in the following sessions:

• Progressive Relaxation from 2:30 to 3:15 p.m., Charleston/Mattoon Room
• Mindfulness from 3:30 to 4 p.m., Sullivan Room
• Laughter Therapy from 4:15 to 4:45 p.m., Sullivan Room
• Art for Connection from 5 to 6 p.m., Sullivan Room
