EIU Voluntary Separation Incentive Program — Details and Eligibility

As part of º£½ÇÉçÇø’s commitment to ensuring institutional viability and financial stability, the University is implementing a time-limited Voluntary Separation Incentive Program (VSIP) in FY26 for eligible Faculty, Administrative/Professional, and ASP staff. This program is designed to help the institution proactively manage resources, support ongoing budget restructuring, and strengthen our ability to adapt to current and future needs.

The VSIP is a time-limited program that provides a financial incentive for those who choose to participate, supporting both individual transitions and the University’s ability to realign resources for the future. Participation is entirely voluntary.
