Event Details

The Health Education Resource Center (HERC) in partnership with other partners in student and academic affairs is hosting the Fall 2026 health and wellness fair! The health fair and flu shot clinic will be in the EIU MLK Jr. Student Union on October 7th (11 AM-3 PM). All events for students will take place within the MLK Union Ballroom

Exhibitor Information

Interested in being a health exhibitor at the health fair? There is no charge to be an exhibitor at the health fair, the only stipulation is that products cannot be sold at the event, no information regarding medical marijuana can be distributed, and that your booth is related to the dimensions of health/wellness. We encourage exhibitors to provide and hand out information and/or samples of products. The event will serve students here on campus at EIU. Stay tuned for a sign up link in the future!

Free Flu Shots for EIU! 

Seasonal flu shots will be available every fall semester. Students should bring their Panther Cards. This year, flu vaccines will be provided by the Sarah Bush Lincoln Student Medical Clinic and the EIU School of Nursing.
