Transferring or Disposing of Equipment

Requests to move equipment may be entered online at . The Business Office will transfer equipment between locations in Banner once it is notified through the online system that the move has been completed.

Equipment cannot be removed from the Banner Fixed Asset System without approval from the state鈥檚 Central Management Services. Please contact the Department of Property Control (217-581-7111) for assistance in disposing of equipment.
