Come out to EIU's annual MLK Jr. Day of Service and make a difference in your local community! The annual event honors Dr. King’s legacy and is an opportunity for Americans to renew their own personal vows of citizenship through service to others. MLK Jr. Day of Service is a national commitment to service and our community!

This year we are excited to also include a short educational presentation during our service project time. 

This will take place on Monday, January 19, 2026.
