Conor is an excellent wealth of knowledge and problem solver in the Doudna. This morning for my 9am class on Sound Design in the Doudna Lecture Hall, the computer system failed and then the sound system failed, and with Conor's help and three additional laptops we were able to run the slides and make the sound work in a brilliant work around and still got through the rest of the lecture. I couldn't have taught today without Conor's support!

Sandy was incredibly helpful in coordinating access to DegreeWorks for our training with a tight turnaround time. She is always great to work with and consistently responsive and timely. Thank you, Sandy!

Sarah helped a student navigate resources and advocate for themselves in a difficult situation. I know this was so helpful to the student helping them make these connections! Sarah also plays a huge role in the Interpersonal Violence Awareness Team and has done amazing with the planning of the upcoming Sexual Assault Awareness Month!

Mindy is an outstanding citizen of EIU who understands fully the critical role that ITS plays in the lives of faculty, staff, and students. She also embraces the importance of providing excellent INTERNAL customer service! Thanks, Mindy. :)
