<p>As we begin this academic year, the Information Technology Services department would like to provide a few easy ways to request technology support. </p><ul><li>Email</li><ul><li>You may send an email with a brief description of the issue to <strong>support@eiu.edu</strong>. This will automatically create a ticket and one of our staff will contact you to resolve the issue. </li></ul><li>Phone</li><ul><li>As always we offer phone support from 7 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Our staff can be reached by calling <strong>217-581-4357</strong>.</li></ul><li>Chat</li><ul><li>We do offer the ability to chat with our support technicians online.
