Our workgroup would like to gather information and receive feedback from as many stakeholders on campus as possible.</span></p><p style="margin-right: 0in; margin-left: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt;">We have developed a survey which will take only a few minutes to complete.
