<p>Dear EIU Student,</p><p>EIUnity would like to extend you an invitation to attend our <strong>8th Annual Diversity Conference on Friday, February 5, 2016</strong> in the Martin Luther King Jr. University Union entitled <strong>&ldquo;The Power of One&hellip; One Campus, One Community, One Commitment&rdquo;</strong> which was designed to raise diversity awareness and advocacy across EIU&rsquo;s campus.&nbsp; We would LOVE for you to attend!&nbsp; The conference is 8:30 am &ndash; 4:00 pm and all meals will be provided during the conference&hellip;FREE and informative!&nbsp; If you would like to participate during a particular time slot because of classes or work&ndash; that would be fine as well.&nbsp; You will still need to register for the session(s) that you would like to attend.&nbsp; However, we do ask if you want to attend the luncheon, you will need to be registered for the entire day or either the morning sessions or afternoon sessions as well.</p><p>We have some AWESOME topics and presenters &ndash; We are also offering Safe Zone Training I &amp; II and registration for this is required as well.&nbsp; The full itinerary is on our website.&nbsp; Please click on this link http://www.eiu.edu/minoraff/EIUnity%20Diversity%20Conference.php, review the session topics and click the registration on the bottom of the page.&nbsp; Thank you so much for assisting in creating an inclusive and accepting environment on our campus.&nbsp; Deadline for registration is Tuesday, February 2nd @ 4:30 pm.</p><p>Thank you, we hope to hear from you soon!</p><p>Sincerely,</p><p>&nbsp;<br />Mona Y.
