Subject: Password Change Process for Windows Users

<p>Information Technology Services has discovered that changing your EIU password via Control+Alt+Delete (Ctrl+Alt+Del), on your Windows computer, is not updating your password across all EIU applications.&nbsp; To improve consistency across your EIU accounts, when you change your EIU password, you will need to go to https://password.eiu.edu .&nbsp; The function of changing your password via Ctrl+Alt+Del will be disabled on October 28, 2015.</p>
