Subject: Unplanned EIU Sharepoint (PantherShare) outage

<p>Today, September 24, 2015, at approximately 2:00pm there were technical issues on the EIU Sharepoint (PantherShare) system that took the entire service down. &nbsp;After reviewing the issue, ITS system administrators have found the best course of action would be to restore from the latest backup of the system. &nbsp;The latest backup was taken at approximately 5:45am today. &nbsp;They are in the process of restoring now and hope to have services restored this evening. &nbsp;After the restore is complete, users need to log into their account and verify their data and changes that were made between 5:45am and 2:00pm when the service became unavailable.</p>
