<p>It&rsquo;s not too late to consent to receive your W-2 electronically instead of by mail.&nbsp; The calendar year 2014 W-2&rsquo;s are now available on&nbsp;<strong>PAWS</strong>.&nbsp; If you have previously consented to this access, your W-2 is now available for viewing and printing.&nbsp; If you have not provided consent, to request access to your electronic W-2, please follow these directions:</p><p>&bull; Log-in to&nbsp;<strong>PAWS</strong>:&nbsp;https://bannerssb.eiu.edu/pls/PROD/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin&nbsp;<br />&bull; Select the&nbsp;<strong>EMPLOYEE</strong>&nbsp;tab<br />&bull; Select&nbsp;<strong>TAX FORMS</strong><br />&bull; Select&nbsp;<strong>W-2 WAGE AND TAX STATEMENT</strong><br />&bull; Select<strong>&nbsp;2014</strong>, then click&nbsp;<strong>DISPLAY</strong><br />&bull; A pop-up message will appear indicating you will need to provide CONSENT.&nbsp; Click&nbsp;<strong>OK</strong><br />&bull; Under&nbsp;<strong>MY CHOICE</strong>, check the box that indicates you consent to receive your W-2 electronically.&nbsp; Click&nbsp;<strong>SUBMIT</strong><br />&bull;&nbsp;<em><strong>CAUTION:</strong></em>&nbsp; The W-2 that will be displayed on screen will only contain the last 4 digits of your social security number.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>DO NOT PRINT</strong>&nbsp;this screen shot!<br />&bull; Scroll down the page and click&nbsp;<strong>PRINTABLE W-2</strong><br />&bull; Re-enter your EIU NetID and EIU Net Password<br />&bull; Print your W-2.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Note</strong>: You may wish to change the print size and format (ie, suggest &ldquo;landscape&rdquo;)<br />&bull; You may print as many copies as you would like.&nbsp; You may also return to the site anytime and review or print any available W-2&rsquo;s for the current or for past years.<br />&bull; By accessing your W-2 on-line, you will not be mailed a paper W-2</p><p>You may find the above guide to consenting and printing electronic W-2&rsquo;s on the Payroll homepage&nbsp;http://www.eiu.edu/humanres/payroll/</p><p>If you do not sign up to receive an electronic W-2, a paper W-2 will be generated and mailed January 30th.</p>
