<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;">This morning ITS experienced a failure with one of the hardware components providing data storage to servers housed within the Student Services Building Data Center. ITS personnel worked to recover affected systems as quickly as possible and expect all operations to return to normal. ITS Storage Administrators will be working with the storage vendor support to determine the cause of the failure and take any corrective actions to avoid similar issues in the future. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;">Thank you for your patience.</span></p><p> </p>
