Nursing (RN to BSN Completion Program)
Overview
The RN to BSN Completion Program at 海角社区 is designed for licensed registered nurses seeking to advance their education and expand their professional opportunities. This flexible, 100% online program builds upon the knowledge and experience nurses already possess while developing skills in leadership, evidence-based practice, health promotion, research, and professional nursing practice.
Students complete coursework focused on current healthcare challenges, population health, nursing leadership, and advanced clinical decision-making. A project-based clinical experience allows students to apply their knowledge to address healthcare needs within their own communities while strengthening critical thinking and professional practice skills.
At EIU, RN-BSN students benefit from an accelerated program format, multiple start dates throughout the year, and dedicated faculty who understand the needs of working nurses. Our program provides a supportive and accessible pathway for registered nurses to earn their BSN while balancing professional and personal commitments.
