Any academic paper or creative work that deals with Asia or Asian America and was produced during the current academic year for an undergraduate course at EIU (or presented at a conference) will be accepted throughout the year prior to April 1. Winners will be recognized at the annual awards ceremony with certificates and monetary awards. Winners are required to present their papers or creative works at the EIU conference on Asia toward the end of each academic year. The deadline for submission is March 31.
