Alumni Award Nomination Form

The 2026 nomination period has closed. We are now accepting nominations for the 2027 awards.

Nominations must be received by May 15, 2027, to be considered for an award. Recipients will be recognized during Homecoming Weekend in October 2027.

Alumni, faculty, staff and friends of EIU are all welcome to submit alumni award nominations.
